Default Brake Hold Off Valve 67/68 vs. Lg Valve in 69

Recently I was told (thank you John) that I had our 68Z brake hold off valve with the threaded in large nut incorrect as I had it plated clear zinc. Looked at too many 69 cars with the larger bodied hold off valve with a zinc nut. A friend has a 07D 68Z survivor and it has the large bodied valve so that prompted me to question when during the 68 model run were the larger bodied valves starting to be utilized. To be honest, until I was notified about the incorrect zinc nut I had never noticed the difference in the valves from the 67/68 model years to the more robust looking 69 version. Holding a 69 large valve beside our 68 smaller valve.

Did receive an update on our build thread stating a 07C 68Z had the large bodied hold off valve.
