Default Pavilions Cruise 11.22.2014

The Pavilions was packed today because the Arizona Mustang Club had a meet today. They basically filled the last 4 rows of the front parking lot. Had to laugh at some of the Vette guys because their row was full of Mustangs, and boy were they mad.

Met up with Stan, Terry, John H, Bob A, Rich C, Dennis, Ward G, Paul, Fred, Mike G, and I saw Sizzler Wayne from a distance. Many regulars are in Chicago right now. Didn't shoot a whole lot while I was there, but I did shoot a few neat cars.

RICK, thanks for totally goofing off today.

Enjoyed the pix. I guess you and I are the only ones
not at MCACN since there seems to be very little response to your
good work.

Thanks again, Dicky

PS. does the '73 Z28 have original paint??

You are right about that Dicky. guess everyone will be coming home today.

When I'm shooting pictures, I really don't look that closely. I think it may be original paint, as think it's a survivor. I will ask Mike next time I see him.

With the exception of the rear spoiler, the paint on the 73 Z28 is original. I don't know why but sometime in the past 41 years the rear spoiler was repainted, and they did the stripes wrong. The 73 stripes should not continue to the end of the spoiler, they should have rounded corners and stop about an inch from the bottom. The car is a great survivor car with 27k miles, and the the pervious owner had it judged at MCACN. It's a great car and I found it for sale here on this site!

Nice find Mike, yeah the stripes were what I was
wondering about. I ordered a new '73 Z sans the stripes
so I couldn't remember.
