Default '57 barn Corvette with Latham Supercharger

Boy would I love to hear the story behind this car. Looks like it has been stored away for decades. If the price were a little more right I'd be over there with a trailer.

Anyone ever seen one of these superchargers in the flesh?

Looks like the hood in the old B&W picture was modded with a bulge to clear the blower.

That car was in the MCACN barn find section just a year or two ago. It's very, very cool.

Can you just imagine how beautiful and wicked sounding this car was when it was new! I love the patina but would love to see it restored set up like this but with a 5 speed.
