![]() This is what appears to be a factory intake, there are no markings anywhere on it the condition is really nice and the finish has a great period look. The set up was on a 289 Race engine since the late 60's. I have done minor research and from what I can deduce the tri-power was available from FORD PARTS OTC as a Performance kit for the 260-289. Whether rumor or truth the story is there were more intakes cast than machined pre 65. Then in the late 60's the raw casting intakes were acquired and machined by an independent company. The carbs are a matched set of 2 bbl Holley's in apparently unrestored condition they are numbered and dated for a 1962 Galaxie with 406 tripower. End carbs are dated late Jan 62 - center is late Oct 1961. 3-Duece cast Aluminum Air cleaner assem. I guess a Ford Service piece. $2500 for all $1500 for the matched carbs $1500 for intake and Air Cleaner Make me an offer or interesting trade... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
