No one. The tag pictured wasn't the tag on the car.
Look at the other pictures. Tag on the car is clearly covered in white paint; way more white paint than you see on that tag.

who owns the real yenko that this pic was taken to create the scam. Is this the yenko that was found in illinois. The owner should be notified that people are using his pic to commit a crime.
