Looks like corrects bracket but wrong pump the return should come out the bottom of the resevoir.

Pump reservoir is too tall. Return line is in the wrong location. Brackets look correct. Caddy's had a tall reservoir, maybe it is from Cadillac model?

This setup is hard to get the belt tight without bending the can. Probably original pump with a different can.
