The shift rods should be phosphate and the leavers gold zinc plating

The correct plating term is MANGANESE Phosphate (Dark Gray)
vs ZINC Phosphate (Medium Gray)

I am seeking education on who can best reassemble my 3138 HURST
shifter body at what cost ????
