Default Corvette Radiator Expert opinion needed

Someone gave me a 327 1966 Harrison Radiator for free, he said it was Garbage but before I toss it I have a question.
I know 70 Chevelle side tanks can be taken off and re used.
Can I save the top & bottom of a Harrison Corvette Plates from the rad?
Or is it just garbage if it has a big hole in the core?
Let me know as I don't want to throw anything away if it has good parts on it.

That is called a stack core, no side tanks. It cannot be re-cored, and it might be aluminium. The upper and lower hose connections and the panel with the date code might have value to someone. I would just sell AS-IS and let people decide what it is worth.

So it is not garbage after all. Tough to put a value on something like this though?

----It is totally aluminum and as far as I know can not be successfully repaired. That and the fact that a company named DeWitt makes absolutely beautiful repops with all the stampings yours shows make it a no brainer......Bill S
