Where's Mark Bulaw? He needs to take a ride to Mishawaka Indiana to see if this thing is the real deal! He can even go to the Notre Dame game while he's there.

With the early to mid December 1968 VIN there is a chance it could be a small trim tag car.

Looks like a small trim tag in the photo. Red/brown primer on the passenger quarter? Looks very original but who knows how it looks underneath, drivetrain, etc.

Would not have an X code. Should be a Nov. 68 built car.

And, I don't think that is primer. I think it is rust on the quarter. Looks like rust all around the wheel well trim as well.

With no more than that description, I am surprised bidding has eclipsed 30k. Either some one knows more, or there are some shill bids.

"My dad purchased the car in 1976, as far as we know the engine, transmission, rear-end, paint, etc. are all original."

Not much to go on.

I think the seller knows more than he's disclosing. How does he know the rear ratio is 373 and trans is an M21, but can't confirm the engine or trans stamping. Someone needs to inspect the car.
