3949088 L78 throttle cable bracket

Digging through my parts stash I found a 3949088 throttle cable bracket still attached to the entire throttle cable assembly. Pretty sure this is off a 1970 L78 Chevelle I parted out many years ago. Is this correct for 1969 as well?

69 part. 70 used either 3980982 or 3972619.
