HURST Shifter Side Cover LEVER 5615 Wanted

I am missing one Shift "Lever" stamped 5615 from my factory 1970
HURST Shifter (Muncie M-21). There are two: 1/2 lever & 3/4 lever

Is there another source for the same application. Another same as
lever that is unstamped ???
