Are the part numbers on the quarter panel gutter wells suppose to look like that? They look like they are cutout numbers and then painted over?

Looks like paintwork @ a few areas other than engine bay too.
Hard to tell much from pics but note edges @ jack instruction decal also rocker blackening etc.
Cool car and too bad it's been dicked with as there's no undoing it now.

I believe that they were removed from the ebay ad because they were posted earlier. Several items were painted black and as mentioned earlier, ruined the surviver status.
