Default Reputable source for 66 Impala parts?

A friend is doing a 4-speed conversion on his 66 Impala and this being his first Classic car was asking me some questions. He called me asking about cutting the hole in the floor for the shifter and I told him to put the torch away until I do a little research. It appears that there is a shift hump welded to the floor to bring opening closer to the driver similar to the Chevelles. I have located some decent measurements and pictures but was hoping to find a good source for the shift hump, boot and retainer. I see Lutty's and Bob's for starters. Any recommendations for big car parts? Thanks
