I'm rebuilding the 4.6L in my sons 02 Mustang GT that I just got him. I wanted to hot tank the block, crank etc., but the rebuilder I called said he uses a hot pressure wash. Do you think that will do the trick? It's only $75, so I'm thinking it's worth a try. Here's what I'm dealing with... Previous owner wasn't exactly keeping up on oil changes apparently.
Do you think 180 degree pressure washer and degreasing chemicals will cut this burnt on oil and be able to clean out the oil passages well? ![]() ![]() ![]()
