TH 350 Celebration at Willow Run
Back around 1982-84, we set up a event at the Hydramatic plant at Willow Run,
It was like the millionth Trans, or more, I remember building a pedestal and placing the trans on it at the plant, we put carpet down , rows of chairs, rite in the plant. I remember the place was dirty and grimy, lol. We draped off the back and the sides to block off the factory, we put a podium for who ever was to talk, there was parts tubs of these special coins, larger than a silver dollar, commemorating the event, made from trans alum, there was like 3-4 big parts tubs full, I took a few, mine, they got thrown out over the years, I wish I would have kept them, any GM guys here remember this at the plant? Anyone have any of the Coins?
