Default '67 Camaro RS Project

Looks like a ton of metalwork has been done on this one...and the workmanship looks great judging by the pictures. Could be a very nice start to a restomod or Day 2 car...I know I would gladly pay the buy-it-now versus piecing together a rusty $4000 project car.

Yep, with the "usable" original doors and fenders, those ill-fitting aftermarket parts could be sold. The left door gap at the quarter is horrendous. There's still a fair amount of metal to be replaced in the lower cowl/pillar too.

It does come with enough other parts to justify the 12k cost, as you say, it's a better starting point than many I see for 8k.

Never seen a 67 trim tag with no options listed.

12337 vin prefix indicates 6 cylinder and the steering column is another clue as to, possibly, why no options...

Here's one that I had recently. Car was a 6cyl with tinted windshield, powerglide automatic, and power steering but they were not listed on trim tag.

Interesting the pg wasn't on line 2. Was it a column shift ?

'

Column pic looks like it was originally a 3-Tree car.
Solid bodies w/ 6-Banger Vins trump crusty V8 cars now.

Yep, quite rare in a Camaro to see a column shift 3 speed. I happen to have one of those columns a buddy took out of his car many years ago.

I agree, but with all the replacement panels, I question how rust free this example was to begin with. There's still more to be cut out and patched too.
