SOLD
Hi Gang, I know I seem to often use the adjective "rare" a lot in my ads, but I trust this is another one... An original NOS GM Delco Remy Transistor Ignition System (Contact Controlled) - a so-called Transistorized Ignition Unit Kit (TIU) - everything is included as shown except the distributor (those didn't come in these kits). Kit part number 1964342 / U-2100 includes: NOS 1115176 coil - pre '65 of course with the four holes - impossible to find NOS amplifier resistors wiring grommet electrical connectors hardware and an eight page instruction sheet I'm going to let the photos speak for themselves here. Complete as shown. Some shelf wear. $750 PPFF with shipping & insurance included Cheers all, Anthony Last edited by AnthonyS; 02-27-2021 at 02:39 AM. Reason: sold |

THAT is cool! Wish I had a use for it aside from a display piece (albeit a neat one).

----Anthony,,, When you say 4 holes do you mean 4 mounting holes as there are only 3 and being pretty familiar with TI systems I have never seen a TI box with more than 3 mounting holes......Bill S

Very nice kit! I think he's referring to the 4 holes in the coil top.

Thanks for the pings everyone.
I've sent a scan of the instruction sheets to everyone who's asked. If anyone else wants it, just send me your email. Cheers all, Anthony |
