Knowing this market relatively well... the buyer is in this one a little too deep given the lack of original engine and not being the original colors.
When I shot the 71 LT1 roadster a couple years ago, the customer told me that all in he had 53k in restoration costs (not including initial car cost) on it without any of his own labor counted. He sent everything out for rebuild - engine, trans, rear diff, trailing arms, steering box, steering column, brakes etc etc and then installed put together the car himself.
