124379N688752 N688752 was final assembled on or about September 23, 1969. Car has an 05D X33D80 body tag, fourth week May 1969. One or both tags are not original to the car; hidden VINs may not match.

Is it just my imagination or is the 1st Gen Camaro rampant with this issue compared to other makes/models?

Originally Burnished Brown.....the cob webs are vibrating about one that color that was the center of a tag discrepancy at a B-J auction some 20 yrs ago...
![]() If this was painted in the 80's, it shouldn't be that car, but there weren't many BB '69's made.

Not your imagination. Many issues with VIN and body tags, primarily '69s.

Says it has the correct intake and carb, but it looks like a L79 intake to me and the carb doesn't look right either.
