'67 Mustang Fastback C-Code Project, 289/4-sp
Looks pretty solid in the pictures, just super dirty with interesting surface rust on the horizontal surfaces, which make me believe it might have sat outside with a tarp over it for some time.
The auction is in Chicago, so it might be worth asking the seller for some underbody pics. Sounds like it the car was his dad's, who had passed. Link to 1967 Mustang Fastback eBay auction      7T02C202404
