Looks like a Ford Cobra Jet. Not sure which one though.

Seems like it's for a 429 engine due to the snorkel taking a step down but I'm not a Ford expert.

its for a ram air not not SHAKER, so its 68 or 67 mustang, 68 or 69 torino, Im guessing. With the stop down it kinda reminds me of the 69-70 boss 429

To me, the rubber seal in your picture looks like this one for a 1969 Torino/Cyclone…..?

It appears to be correct for a 1969 Ranchero with a 428 CJ…..maybe others? But the dip in the snorkel gives it away.
