Don't forget about the LS-6 Monte Carlo ( https://www.yenko.net/reunion/tpmonte.jpg ) that Harrell did that was at the 2nd Supercar Reunion. I bet that car surprised some people at some stoplights!

Yes, it was the same test with the LS6 ElCamino. I think it is the April 70 Car Craft.

I was looking through an old magazine and saw a drag test of a new 1970 Nova from Gibb Chev. that had a Dick Harrell installed LS-6 engine w/turbo 400. The fiberglass hood had the '67 vette look to it. With open headers, 8" slicks, and a 4.56 gear. The car ran a best 11.89 @ 117 mph at over 7,200 rpm through the traps. Wonder if that car still exists?

Was that the mag with the '70 LS6 Harrell ElCamino? I think Dick was getting bored waiting for the late arriving '70 Camaros.

We have pictures and a road test of a 71 Harrell Vega with a 400 small block. An interesting car as well. I wonder what happened to that car. It was in Ohio for a while.
