The Nova is a '69. The tailights are small, signifying '68-'69, but the '68 Novas have the NOVA emblem from the front fender installed on the rear q/panel above the marker light. This car doesn't have the emblem back there, so it's a '69.

Yes 69 with the NOVA emblem didnt the 68's have CHEVY II instead
