Default Musclecar Review magazine back on the newstand

Primedia brought out Musclecar Review magazine for a special winter issue. Lots of Tom Shaw stuff. Has the "look" of the old Musclecar Review. Hopefully if it sells well they will do it again. Has the Gary Holub article in it but the pics are larger than the Chevy Action article. Also has a feature on a '70 Yenko Deuce, 69 Fairlane Ram Air, 65 Goat, Cuda 440-6, '69 Buick GS, '63 409, 70 Boss etc. Also how to replace a factory quarter panel on a '67-68 Camaro.

Whitetop:

I may have you pick us up a copy, as there isn't a chance in HADES we can find it here in Themiddleofnowhere! Heck, we had to go to Indianapolis to find the last issue of Hot Rod! No joke! Missouri must be anti-reading or something...

Rob
Maybe the real reason is they figure no one can read in Missouri so why bother. My local Wal-Mart had about 4-5 issues left. Let me know and I will get them tomorrow. The '70 Deuce was red and was unrestored (original paint/interior). I'm going out of town for a week. Leaving tomorrow afternoon. Let me know before then.

Ummm, I think you have us confused with Arkansas...although, our county is on the Ark/Mo border...yeh, go ahead and grab one for us. Maybe I can get someone to read it to me!

I'm heading to the bookstore today, and hope to find this issue.
Does it look like the material is NEW,or is it recycled from old issues in the past? I hate when magazines recirculate recently old material.

The magazine is all new not rehashed stuff. There is also a 3 page article on Don Yenko by Cam Benty (ex Popular Hot Rodding editor) who interviewed Don back in '80 or so. 7-9 pics in that article. Talked about his flight with Don down to Road Atlanta and his Citation race car. Cam spent 3-4 days with Don at Canonsburg & Road Atlanta and just wrote the article on what was in his notes and thoughts. The Deuce is owned by a guy in New Jersey named Tom. Had a Supercar Workshop licence plate on it. Don't have the issue handy.
