Default COPO???

Hi I'm new here but have a question about a car thats in my shop right now. The car has been made in to a race car so most of the org stuff is long gone. He was told when he bought the car that the guy told him it is a copo. I told him I would find out if it was. He has NO doc on the car just what the seller told him. Here is the vin and thr trim tag #
124379n600699

ST 69 12437 nor263865
TR 718 10 10
02B X11

Pretty doubtful.
Still have the original axle? What's the #'s off of the tube?
Does it have the brake valve on the subframe under the driver's door?

Nope all drive train is gone. I do not think it is but I thought I would ck. I've seen some weirder thinks happen.
