If you need it restored at a reasonable cost, there's only one way to do it, and that's do it yourself [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I had my old one done at a certain business in Texas and it wound up costing me $400, taking 6 months, and the results were not as good as I would have hoped for.

how do you get the plastic chrome plating done? i can spray it black but i need the chrome done? [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif[/img] any ideas?? thanks!

There's a guy in Columbus OH who does them. He did the chrome trim on my camaro, and I thought he did a good job. Not perfect, but very nice. He uses heat sensitive chrome tape.
