Default DOT tire stamp decode

I've got a September 1966 built 67 Camaro SS spare tire. It's a D70 Firestone red line and surely original..Who can help with decoding the DOT stamp..It makes no sense to me and I even checked it against an article I read on decoding them? The number is K000393E Thanks, Tom , What has become of the big lot of NOS shocks and tires from a few weeks back?
