Attaching photo's?

I've posted plenty of pics on other forums but I seem to be having a problem here. Is there something different here then other forums?

I think what most folks fail to do is re-size them to below the 100K authorizated limits. Must be in the accepted formats as well aslo
Best if in JPG and then saved to your desktop and then after you hit the browse icon you select it from your desktop and then click continue and it will go through to the fourms
