------Yup, I know Pancho and if your guy is a UPS driver we are talking about the same guy.He is a Corvette guy to the bottom of his shoes and is very well known and reputable in Corvette circles. Personally, I would take his word on anything he says. Heck, Id buy a car sight unseen from him in a second on his description, but that is just me!.........Bill S

olredalert ,Thanks for the kind words.I guess I owe you a cold one at Corvette Carlisle.SillyBilly I now have the yellow Z28 officially up for sale so now it is a first come first basis.Everybody else out there,as redalert said I am a Corvette guy so I am not real knowledgeable about the camaros. Here is what I have '69 Z28 project car,I am told that the original color is Daytona yellow/black vinyl top and yellow/black houndstooth interior. The car has had new GM full quarters and front fenders professionaly installed about 15yrs ago and mostly primered than stopped. The orginal interior is still pretty much in the car and in very decent shape(the car has no console but does have a tach in the dash)The motor in the car supposedly has been rebuilt and is taped up and painted but the pad has been decked and you can just barly read the DZ on the end.Now I am not sure if this the original DZ motor that came with the car or not.The guy I bought the car from said that he rebuilt it with later model heads to run the newer gas,he did give the original"186" heads, when I asked if it was an original motor he said that was unsure but thought so.So I bought the car under the assumption that it was not not and I am selling with the same assumption. The car does have the correct '69Z intake and a DZ carb,it also the right vale covers.I bought this car in a package a couple of years ago with a '67 big block corvette which is what I am really into. This car has not been out of the garage between me and the last guy for some 16yrs and the body is very nice and I think most all of the parts are there to finish,I need $14k to sell the car,or trade for anything '53-'67 corvette cars or parts. Thanks Pancho Thompson (440)487-4049
PS if you need further references about me I am a friend of Mark Hassett |

SillyBilly,
Pancho is an AUTHORITY on CORVETTES and he has a "RESPECTABLE REPUTATION" in the Car World!! I Would NOT HESITATE as I am sure it is what he says it is and it WON"T LAST long and it will be SOLD. He would also work and make it a Smooth Transaction for you. Hey Pancho--Post some Pictures for all to see. Mark |
