You are correct about the spelling, however, for us in the South, it would still be 'Wawsaw'

The thought of that town disgusts me. I spent most of my life in that area, and there's nothing to do there, except cruise Grand Ave., and laugh at all the ricers; which there's nothing wrong in doing.
