Since the other thread mixed up the centercap topic with the lugnut topic, I thought I'd start a cap specific topic.
As stated previously, the Deuces came with Motorwheel Magnum 500 centercaps that were purchased in sets of 4 from Motorwheel. Yenko bought them by the case of 30 sets to a box. Yenko simply put a mylar 'Y' sticker over the Magnum 500 plastic insert. However, Yenko was consistently inconsistent, and so we have cars that didn't receive the 'Y's, and we are not sure that all cars actually received the Magnum wheels. Other areas of inconsistency abound. We know that some sport mirror optioned cars only received one on the driver's side, and nothing on the passenger side. It is also possible that the DEUCE decal on the front of the hoods may have been left off of some cars, and the LT1 in the rear corners of the hood are placed in both directions. Emblems are different, spare rims, a/t shifters, etc... the list goes on! We'll save those topic for another thread. Check out the pic of Hasset's HO Deuce with it's original paint and wheels.
