Default That F##### Stude!

Check out the February 05 issue of Hemmings Muscle Machines.
They wrote a nice article on that "Plain Brown Wrapper" we all hear wins at the PSMCDR most every time.
That Amazing built R3 gets 365HP @ 5,895 RPM @ the rear wheels,with a 12.71 best ET.

I thought that car was a built car, not an original supercharged Stude. I thought the owner found all the parts and built it just like the factory did. Regardless, that thing runs pretty strong!

Supercharger's are a very effective way to get lots of power. I have a Jackson racing unit on another car that I have. Old timers used to talk about how fast the old Stude Hawk's were.

Overall the Studes were not real pretty huh...

It has that COPO look with the white wheels and dog dish type hubcaps.

Gotta love a car that can win 17 of 20 races in a best of three shootout

At least they didn't name the driver of the Yellow Yenko Camaro who has seen Stude tailpipe before............

Who rattled you cage, Brass? Surprised you felt like typing after the big binge weekend at Casey's! LOL!!

I've been on the wrong end of that Stude before, that's for sure, but I got revenge during our match-up on My Classic Car!

BTW: our Y-Camaro pulled 416rwhp right after the Stude did it's 356...

BWT: Didn't his blower belt fall off during that MCC race, too ??

A Canuck drinking a domestic beer? Had to be JJ and his Budweiser! Pete usually sticks with his Labatt as long as possibly, but JJ ain't afraid to jump into the Budweiser from the get go!

Something happened on 1 run with the Stude, but they ran their quickest pass ever 1 of those runs next to me, so it couldn't have been anything *too* major...

I wondered if this was the same Stude that I saw on t.v. How many times have you run against it? What is the overall record?
