Default 1969 COPO hugger orange m-22 4 spped chevelle

1969 COPO 4 Speed chevelle. I have reduced the price in order to make some changes. This is one of 3 Canadian Hugger Orange Chevelles. This car has the m-22 version transmission. Black bench seat, Black interior,427 bbc car has been restored to factory specs in the mid 90's radio delete,t-3 headlights,ss wheels,smog system,power disc brakes,4.10 posi trac,car is documented in the copo registry by ed cuneen, it is numbers matching date coded correct. excelent condition! Seems like a pretty good deal considering what cars have been bringing lately plus it is Canadian so there is absolutely no doubt as to it's authenticity.

Does this mean that the car has the factory original engine and trans? Restamp?

I am not trying to start something here as I cannot afford a car anywhere near that price. It's just that I am easily confused.
