It's not just the crossram setup. This car has an original GM fiberglass crossram cowl hood and it has the JL8 4 wheel disc brakes added to it as well. You couldn't build this car for what the price is at right now. It's a really nice car.

Actuallly, the auction states that the hood is NOT included:

"The hood is NOT included in the purchase price of the car but will be held available as an option to the purchaser of this car. The Hood is virtually irreplaceable."

And I think you are correct in stating that the JL8 is not original to the car: "The car was fitted with a very expensive GM JL8 brake package."

He doesn't state that it is original like he does on so many parts.

Fair market value? Whatever a willing buyer will pay a willing seller.

Oh yeah, I remember this Z. This is the one with the "ZZ" stamped on the cowl-tag.
