One of the magazines did a yellow Corvette similar to this called the big banana, I think. Seems like they used panels for Greenwood. Didn't John Greenwood offer some big panels and racing parts something like this. Not trying to start any rumors, just asking. Pretty sure it is not a Mako.

Pretty dopey ad...but there was a silver greenwood set-up like this local many years ago...2 tone silver if memory serves me.

Mancuso Chevrolet in Skokie, IL teamed with Greenwood to build a run of big flare Corvettes in the late 70's.
I used to see them new on display at Road America. They were actually very pretty cars, basically stock with the Greenwood flares. Kind of like a factory flare option with very few other modifications aside from wheels and tires.
The cars were factory colors, this would have been about '78 or '79. I don't think the Greenwood flares appeared until after 1973, this was not one of those cars.

The more I think of it Tim...the car I saw..and he owned a body shop...was 2 tone similar to the anniversary colors...
