LS7 427
This summer GM is coming out with a crate LS7 500hp 427 P/N 17802397. This would be the same engine that will be used in the 2006 Vette.

Chevelleless after 46 years......but we did find a low mileage, six speed, silver 2005 Corvette. It will just have to do for now.

I imagine it's similar to the engine they put in Jay Leno's Toronado only not turborcharged. That motor Jay got was pretty sweet.

It's supposed to have CNC machined ports and combustion chambers. It's probably a large displacement version of the ZO6 engine.
