I am familiar with one of the current owners. I think the ownership is shared with his brother. He is a regular over on Team Chevelle and a true "Dukes" aficionado. Somewhat surprised to see it for sale.

Couldn't be currently owned by a better group of people. I haven't met his brother but Tom and Shannon are some of the best in the hobby! Good luck on the sale.

Yeeeeeeee---Haaaaaaawwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!! Sorry........I'm NC born and raised.......

Showed that auction to my wife.......asked her what's it worth........she said the trailer was worth more than the car. Then I showed her where the auction price was........she had a fit!!!!!!!!! I buy parts for my Nova, she does the same thing. (((I love doing that))) hehehe!!!!!

Heck......back in the 60s and 70s we had dirt track cars that looked worse that that. Fix the doggone motor and let's go jump somethin'.....

Best wishes to buyer and seller.......

I asked Tom that same thing but he still felt now was the time to sell. I don't think he is too upset at them moment however. They had A LOT of fun with that car over the last year and met a lot of great people.

I have a video of them finding that thing in the woods. It's pretty cool. I've been a fan of the General Lee since I was 7 years old
