In that condition, the fact that it has six miles on it is totally meaningless

Those are so plentiful and reasonably priced that even if you got that car for free, you'd be upside down by the time you restored it

I am guessing they pulled it from the bottom of the ocean?
The local Chevy dealership here just sold a 78 vette with 3 original miles and it was like a time capsule. Went for 15 grand too..I missed it by two hours..

I would love to know how that happened to that car. Surely it wasn't kept outside. It almost appears that a plastic, moisture-trapping tarp was kept over it. I've heard of this happening before but this could be a worst case scenario.

All I know is that the car is in Beaumont Texas! There is salt water around Beaumont!

all I can say is damn shame. I wonder what the frame looks like given the underhood problems.
