Im listing this for my boss, he is selling his 2002 ZL1 super car #33. This is a phase 2 400 hp edition. It is navy blue with white racing stripes. I believe a phase 2 is 475hp

p1 - 400hp
p2 - 475hp
p3 - 600hp

If it's 400 hp it's a phase 1 car.
There was a phase 1 blue car for sale in Vegas some time ago. I assume this is the same car.
