Default changing e-mail and ISP

i'm getting ready to change to another ISP and another e-mail .what do i do to make sure i don't lose my user profile and set-up. i will have the old computer operational for about a week once the new one is up and running

You'll just need to go into "my home" and change your email address to your new one supplied by your new ISP...that's it!
