Default Cragar SS uni-lug

Thinking about some Cragars for the front. I have read good and bad about the uni-lugs. Anyone run them? Any thoughts or comments appreciated. Some guys say they have a hard time getting them to balance.

Nope Cragars are made here. At least the last versions I bought (2004)Never had a problem with unilug. They seek there own level. Make sure the lug does not bottom out on the stud. I think unilug wheels have been around since 70's.

Perhaps it's like the other chrome stuff....made in China then the chroming done in Mexico? . Hard to compete w/ cheap China labour and the Mexican toxic disposal system....a pipe going anywhere as long as it's pointing West?? ~ Pete

We have them on our SS396 Chevelle for the day 2 look. I always use a torque wrench and double check periodically. Never a problem. Back in the early '70s, I had one come loose. Didn't use a torque wrench and didn't check. Lived and learned.
