68 4 Speed Camaro
Can anyone tell me if the floor shifter (non console) cutout on a 68 Camaro is in a different location than a 69? I'm installing an early 70 M20 with a Hurst shifter. Hurst shows the same shifter for 68 / 69, but two install kits - one for each year.
The 69 install kit seems to put the shifter too far back in the floor cutout. Possible the 68 install kit moves the shifter assembly forward an inch or so? Anyone?
