I don't see any pictures in the auction. You could contact GM of Canada and see if they have the docs on it.

Note the April '89 date on the documention. GM Canada wasn't supplying the name of the selling dealer on the earlier documents. I have the copy of a '92 documention for my '70 L34 which didn't show the selling dealer but when I redocumented in '05, the selling dealer was shown.
