"Last Camaro sold to the public"-operative word being public as the true last one is in the GM museum.Dude paid over 70k for it but it went to charity so that's cool.Would have been worth more if the 5th weren't coming..bid says it all.

Pretty obvious why he's selling the car.

With the sale of the first new 2009 Camaro, this car will no longer be the last Camaro sold to the public. IMO the car will never be worth the money he spent at auction but at least the money went to a good cause.

That's why you never buy a last of anything.
Same thing happend to the "Last" Convertibles in 1975.

Don't EVER buy a last, and don't EVER pay over sticker to be the first. Remember the 1990 Miata, and 1990 ZR1, Toyota Prius, Ect.... all very bad investments.

Except maybe the last 1967 Corvette,
That one is currently on "tour" of the USA. Turned out to be a VERY valuable car - Value $1M

Auction ended at $20,700. OUCH! There is a valuable lesson learned with that.

I looked up the NADA price and it has the car listed at $20,800. With the intro of the new Camaro anything prior is just another used car. Just my opinion.
