Not knowing NHRA classes at all, how would you classify a 69 Z28? Does stuffing a 427 in Z be logical back then when you could buy a plain jane Camaro and do the same thing?

I've heard the car is legit and was owned/raced by Richie Zul. I'm not sure how much Motion involvement there was in the car other than sponsorship, so perhaps someone else will chime in w/more details.

Real deal depends on who made the car...

It looks real to me. I used to be an avid Zule & Ferrara fan. Best just to go right to the source and ask Mr. Motion himself.

Yep...all NHRA cared about for Stock Eliminator was that is legal combo, ie: '69 Camaro with a 427...the ad says that car ran in A or B modified production, so I'm gonna guess it was L88 or 454 powered...

I'd have to question why Zul's and Ferrara's name would be on the same car. I don't believe they were in partnership, and neither one was an engine builder. They both were just owners/drivers. It doesn't make sense to me.
I was at E-town almost every weekend back then, and I never saw that car.....
I never saw a Zul car until the '70 ProStock showed up in '71. (which I believe was Jink's old car)

Of course, I'm an old guy and I could be wrong.......

Isn't it a pretty well known fact that Zul's 1969 car was stolen and that's when he bought Jenkin's old '70 Pro car?
