If it was anything like my '73 Vega, it rusted out in 2 or 3 years. Worst car ever in terms of rust resistence.

Didn't most Vegas start rusting while they were still on the assembly line? LOL

I was in the check out line at the grocery store a while back, and the cashier asked what I'd been working on lately, and I said I'd been piddling with a Vega...she told me she owned 2 of them when new...the first one, her and her husband owned almost exactly a year to the day before it literally rusted in 2 and the floor pan hit the ground! Surprisingly, they bought another one, bit it lasted quite a bit longer...!

How many Yenko Vega's are accounted for? I know they made at least as many (if not more) of them than Yenko Deuces, but FAR fewer have survived... most likely due to rust.
