512 block on Epay

Anyone ever see a 69 Camaro 512 block with this early of a cast date,I 25 8, and built T1013MN, out of 124379N701521 Camaro. the vin# falls within the 10/69 car build.
I know there were allot of Jan 69 castings. one car I know of was a 07 car with a jan casting.

There are no Sept, 1968 512 blocks, 270 casting # was used.
The block looks to have no dist. tower, it would be a sept. 1969 casting. The date & the T1013MN are in line with the VIN.
