Default Speaking of "grass cutting"....

When our lawn mower broke and wouldn't run, my wife kept hinting to me that
I
should get it fixed. But, somehow, I always had something else to take care
of

first, the truck, the car, playing golf - always something more important to
me.

Finally, she thought of a clever way to make her point. When I arrived home
one day,
I found her seated in the tall grass, busily snipping away with a tiny pair
of sewing
scissors. I watched silently for a short time and then went into the house.
I was
gone only a minute, and when I came out again I handed her a toothbrush.

I said, "When you finish cutting the grass, you might as well sweep the
driveway.

The doctors say I will walk again, but I will always have a limp.

Moral to this story is that marriage is a relationship in which one person
is
always right, and the other is the husband.

What's a Flex 21? I need a riding mower? If that's what it is, I'm interested.

I believe the toro "flex 21" is a greens mower with a reel blade. not a ride on, but a run-behind for very short flat perfect grass (bent grass).

Retail around $8k. I traded a couple turf products, aerator, old Jacobson R22's, etc. and have about $4k in it. It's like new. I'm going to sell it for $2k. I've got so much turf crap that I'm out of room. Also, the Flex is heavy. There are enough lawn nuts around here that somebody will steal it at $2k.

BUT, if you want by far the nicest yard (green carpet) in the neighborhood, it is the only way to go.
