Would a 70 Z-28 Rally Sport have a 28 and 22 on the trim tag? Norwood car. Tag reads 711 51 51 then below 28 19. I know the 711 is Black Standard Interior. 51 51 is Daytona Yellow. 28 is Z-28. 19 is Black Stripes. If it is a Z-28 R/S would it have a 22 also in the tag?

No, it will only have the 28 for the Z/28 designation.
