Default Chevelle Repo Hoses

A few weeks back there was a lot of talk on the site about the repo camaro hoses Pacecarjeff was producing but no one seemed to have any feedback on the chevelle ones.I decided to order a set from Jeff for a 70 chevelle 454 and I can assure you now they are the best repo's out there today.
I had a set of GM nos hoses to compare them to which I did. Lengths and bends were perfect, the hose texture which as you know GM was not smooth due to the inner weave was a perfect match on the repo hoses.Stamp was real good and the color was the offwhite as the GM products.
Jeff's lower hose came with the inner spring but the two Gm nos ones I had didnot which is a plus for Jeff.
If I was to be real picky the only difference I could see was Jeff's hoses did not have that chalky white on them which wears off on the Gm ones anyway after the first cleaning of the engine bay.
I am real pleased with the product from Jeff and he is great to deal with. How pleased. I will be selling my NOS hoses and using his and will be suprised if anyone will notice any difference.

Default Re: Chevelle Repo Hoses

Just to add I have found out from Jeff that if the customer wants the hoses with the chalky white on them that is no problem but if it is not specified he will clean them prior to shipping as he did with mine.
